Two founders. One discipline.

The vision and the
architecture behind
Revenue Durability.

Revdura Institute™ was founded by two practitioners with complementary roles: one creating the movement, one architecting the discipline. Together they answer the two questions every enduring business must answer.

"What future are we creating, and why does it matter?"

Dennis answers

"How do we build the discipline, methodology, and strategic architecture that makes that future possible?"

Why These Two Perspectives Matter

Revenue Durability emerged at the intersection of two observations.

One came from years spent helping companies strengthen customer relationships and seeing how easily revenue can appear healthy while the underlying relationships remain fragile.

The other came from decades of research and strategy work showing that consequential business decisions are often made from internal assumptions that customers have never validated.

Revdura Institute™ brought those perspectives together: the market-facing question of what makes revenue endure, and the strategic architecture required to measure and strengthen it systematically.

Betsy Westhafer

Bio

Betsy Westhafer is the Founder and Chief Vision Officer of Revdura Institute™, where she is leading the establishment of Revenue Durability as a new management discipline for building stronger businesses and increasing enterprise value. Her work centers on helping founders and business owners, advisors, and investors rethink how long-term value is created, not simply through revenue growth, but through revenue that is stable, expandable, and transferable.

As the Founder and CEO of The Congruity Group, Betsy has decades of experience advising privately held businesses through strategic customer engagement initiatives. Betsy has worked alongside hundreds of founders and leadership teams navigating growth, succession, transition, and value creation. Throughout her career, she recognized a recurring challenge: while financial performance is carefully measured, the durability of future revenue, the foundation of enterprise value, has remained largely undefined and underexamined.

Why independence matters.

A measurement carries weight only if the party producing it has nothing to gain from the answer. That is stated in public, as policy.
